"summary": "President Donald Trump has been racking up a string of jaw dropping victories at the U.S. Supreme Court, cementing his agenda with a sledgehammer of judicial might that’s got the dying liberal establishment reeling. The Court’s conservative majority, has been handing the administration wins that are reshaping the balance of power and dismantling the left’s legal roadblocks. From immigration to federal workforce cuts to dismantling marxist subversion tactics, these rulings are a full-throttle endorsement of Trump’s bold executive moves, proving he’s rewriting the rulebook. \n\nOne of the biggest wins came on June 27, 2025, when the Supreme Court, in a 6-3 decision penned by Justice Amy Coney Barrett, curbed the ability of lower court judges to slap nationwide injunctions on Trump’s policies, specifically his executive order to end automatic birthright citizenship. This ruling was a seismic blow to the Soros fueled left’s favorite tactic of judge shopping to stall Trump’s agenda. And just to put things in perspective for the entire 20th century: 27 injunctions. During President Trump’s admin over 100 injunctions.\n\nThe decision didn’t settle the constitutionality of the order, but it gave Trump a green light to push his immigration crackdown, with 21 states backing the plan. Trump himself called it a “monumental victory for the Constitution,” and he’s not wrong, this is a middle finger to activist judges trying to handcuff the executive branch.\n\nThe Court didn’t stop there, the justices, in a 5-4 split, allowed the administration to keep deporting alleged Venezuelan gang members under the Alien Enemies Act, though with a caveat that detainees must get notice and a chance to contest their removal. This was a gut-punch to the ACLU and other groups trying to block Trump’s use of a wartime law to secure the border. The Court also greenlit deportations to third countries, like sending migrants to South Sudan, and ended temporary legal protections for hundreds of thousands of migrants on humanitarian grounds. The Supreme Court also ruled that Trump can deport the 500K Haitians that were granted continued Temporary protective status under Biden.\n\nBeyond immigration, the Court upheld his ban on transgender troops in the military, ruled in favor of religious families opting out of lessons about LGBTQ in schools and let him fire two Democratic members of federal labor boards, and backed his Department of Government Efficiency in two disputes. The justices also gave a nod to his cuts in foreign aid payments.\nThese decisions, many coming through the Court’s “shadow docket” for emergency rulings, show a judiciary that’s done playing nice with the left’s obstructionist playbook. \nAdd to those wins, after a landmark 4-3 decision on December 22, 2023, the Wisconsin Supreme Court struck down the state’s Republican drawn legislative maps and after a massive mega donor effort to give Susan Crawford a deciding seat on the court. \nThe liberal Wisconsin Supreme Court declined to redraw the Congressional Map and now Democrats have been denied their key pre 2026 power grab.",
